John William Burgon : Obituary
BURGON John William (Billy) On February 19, peacefully in Hartlepool Hospice, surrounded by the love of his family and in the arms of his loving wife Irene, Billy, aged 76 years, fought with great dignity and courage. Most dearly loved husband of Irene (nee Maughan), loving and devoted dad of Mark, Lynn and Jacqueline, loving father-in-law of Lorraine, Mick and Brian and a cherished and devoted granda of Samantha Rebecca, Jessica, Adam, Michael and Jack. Funeral service of Thanksgiving will take place on Friday, at The Parish Church of St Oswald, Brougham Terrace, at 10am, prior to cremation at Stranton Grange Crematorium. All friends and neighbours kindly invited. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired c/o Hartlepool Hospice, Wells Avenue. You never failed to do your best, your heart was true and tender, you lived for those you loved and those you loved remember. The ones you love don't go away, they walk beside you day by day, unseen, unheard, yet ever near, still loved, still missed and very dear. Until the 12th of Never.
