Heavy traffic on A19 after crash sees police close lane
One lane of the A19 is currently closed following a crash.
Durham Constabulary are currently dealing with a road traffic collision on the southbound carriageway of the A19 between Peterlee and Castle Eden.
One lane remains open but traffic is heavy and delays are expected. Motorists are asked to avoid the area where possible.
