AN art exhibition that shows the affects of a debilitating condition is to be held this week.

Artist Juliet Chenery-Robson will be showcasing her work during an event at the Gemini Building, in Whitehouse Way, Peterlee, from 5pm-7.30pm this Thursday.

ME North East trustee Juliet, whose daughter has lived with ME for more than seven years, said: “My work investigates the scepticism surrounding ME.”

The event will feature more than 70 powerful images and follows the success of a similar display held by Judith at the Gemini Building last year.

The show is being held in conjunction with Life with Art, a new charity that has been established to help young and disabled people throughout the UK.
