Sunderland suffer injury blow in Peterborough United clash
Sunderland have suffered an injury blow in the home clash with Peterborough United, with Chris Maguire going off in the 38th minute.
Maguire went down holding his right leg and following a couple of minutes of treatment on the pitch, the decision was taken to replace Maguire, with Aiden O’Brien coming on in his place.
Phil Parkinson will be hoping the injury isn’t too serious with Maguire one of the more consistent performers so far this season.
Maguire appeared to be pointing to his right hamstring.
